Our storage building has been recently renovated and is clean, dry, bug and rodent-free and well maintained at a temperature of 50-75° year round. We provide household goods storage, piano storage and storage for fine furnishings on a short term or long term basis.

Furniture storage can be very beneficial if furnishings are properly wrapped to protect them from dust damage and if the storage facility is mold or mildew free. In any storage facility no matter how clean or well maintained, settling dust can bring odors and dinginess.For this reason we require that all of our customers who choose to store their belongings with us must allow us to use cloth or paper furniture pads to protect the furniture. Pads not only protect furniture from dust damage, but they also allow the furniture to breath.

Besides, later when you are ready to move into your new home, your furniture is already wrapped and ready for moving! This saves you additional labor charges to repad your furniture.
