Burrows Moving Company specializes in furniture and piano moving problem solving. Each problem requires its own look-see to determine how best to solve it so before we do a crane hoist, especially a piano crane hoist, we send an estimator to inspect the moving problem. Many times solving moving problems requires the use of unique hoisting equipment such as an industrial crane or our laddervator which is an element of rigging for hoisting.. The first picture sequence below demonstrates a Chicago hoist that we did with the laddervator. This wonderful device has a platform that is motor powered up the ladder which we can use for furniture hoisting of up to about 400 pounds. We do a lot of Chicago hoists where we laddervator hoist furnishings. The second and third picture sequences below show 2 examples of Chicago crane hoisting which we coordinated with Gatwood Crane Company. |
