I was moving into my first newly constructed condo and was anxious and under stress. I anticipated this move would be overwhelming and instead I found this to be the most efficient and least stressful moving experience I have ever had. Burrow’s efficiency and concern for the protection of my property was exceptional and reassuring. Not a single item was damaged and there was not a scrape on any of my new walls, doors, or hardwood floors.
Even with multiple pickup locations, Burrows arrived early, assessed my move and immediately began organizing my boxes and furniture. In past moves, my "loose" items were left and I transported them myself. Anticipaiting this, I had several unpacked items that I expected to move myself. Dave and his crew immediately said, "we’ll take care of it." This alone saved me hours of time and made my move significantly easier. There was nothing that was too much to ask. Very few companies today provide the stellar customer service that they did.
Your company and these specific employees should be commended for their hard work, their professionalism, and their courtesy. They are a credit to your company and derserve great thanks for minimizing my stress level and making my move so easy and organized.
