It is rare when I am so moved by a company’s exemplary performance to write a letter of appreciation. From the initial meeting with you at my loft to the final delivery of my belongings after two moths in storage, Burrows Moving more than exceeded your representations and my expectations. Your staff was most professional and efficient from beginning to end. The furniture was packed superbly and the loft building, which presented horrific problems to some movers, was easily navigated. In particular, Wayne, Vinnie, Steve and Howard are to be commended for their superb job and were a delight to work with. All of my belongings, including some heavy and delicate furniture, were delivered in perfect condition.
Over the last three decades, I have moved numerous times and have often been disappointed with the moving company. Burrows Moving is clearly the exception and merits my highest praise. I have already recommended your firm to a friend and will continue to do so,
