Dear Jim:
Tom Kuslik and I would like to thank your incredible crew, who went beyond the call of duty. On August 8, 2001 (our moving day) the heat index rose above one hundred degrees. Your crew, Dave M., Ted, Dino, Keith, and Dersu KICKED-ASS!!! Sorry to put it that way, but it’s the only way to describe how hard they worked that day. They were on time (8:30 am), and friendly. Their sense of humor made the day go by quicker. Tom and I could talk to your crew as if we knew them well. Thanks again Dave, Ted, Dino, Keith, and Dersu!!! You all pulled us through the second most stressful day for Tom and I this year. The first was the closing of our first home (condo). THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!
