I expected that you've recieved a note from my parents, but I'd like to express my appreciation to Burrows for your assistance with their move at the end of June.
When I asked people for recommendations on moving companies, Burrows was often the first name on their lists. One of your most vocal fans is a friend with a house full of antiques; he could not have been more pleased with your work over the years.
Your crew was probably unaware that my family had spent the entire week juggling closing dates and arranging for access to the purchased property. It was a grueling, distressing process for my parents, who had been in their old home for forty years. To top it off, weather cancellations along the east coast prevented me from flying in until the evening of their moving day, so I completely missed the move-out.
The only easy part of the whole process was with Burrows. There was not a single moment of stress during the move. Your team was punctual, efficient and polite. They worked quickly, carefully and without complaint, despite the very hot weather, steep stairs and long hallways.
Your estimate was on the cautious side, as anticipated, and the total cost of the move was below the estimate. There were no surprises, no problems, and only minor damage to some pieces of china and a lamp. (They had been packed by us, which is certainly a factor in the damage!)
Thanks again for making the move such an effortless experience. You have several more people - all named Trenn - who will be recommending Burrows in the future.
