Dear Ms. Rich,
I am writing to tell you how much I appreciated the three men who helped me move on August 15: Steve, Ted, and Wayne.
They were absolutely faboulous; I cannot praise them enough. Not only were they organized, efficient, and careful; they were also professional, personable, and very helpful. Right from the start, I was impressed when they introduced themselves to me -- I've had other moves through other moving companies where the men nevereven told me their names. Steve, Ted, and Wayne were friendly and talked to me throughout the move, asking questions and making suggestions. They made me feel like an actual person, and not just a bunch of furniture and boxes to be moved.
Moving is very stressful, and it feels very vulnerable to have all your worldy belongings in paper boxes. But Steve, Ted, and Wayne took the stress out of the actual day of moving; in fact, because of them, it turned out to be an enjoyable experience. I have already sung Burrows' praises to several people.
Please tell Steve, Ted, and Wayne thank you again for me.
