To whom it may concern: The other day (Monday, August 27, 2001) I was calling a few places to find pricing and availability of movers. I called burrows (found from yahoo.com) and spoke with Josh. While the price was out of my range and the dates mostly reserved, he was very helpful in giving me tips when speaking with other movers. He spent a few minutes on the phone with me to help me understand what I should look out for and what to expect when dealing with moving companies. He also pointed to the Illinois Commerce Commission and they have likewise been helpful. So, while I will not be using your company this time around, because of his professional attitude I would certainly consider you in the future and would recommend your company to others.

PS. I thought I should also mention that the Illinois Movers and Warehousing Association spoke highly of Burrows Moving Company when I contacted them regarding recommendations.
