Dear Walter,
I wanted to make sure to let you know what a great job Jim Hansen and the moving crew did for us during our April 30/May 1 mover-out/ move-in from Chicago to Glenview.
Due to some problems with the closing, I was not able to be at home on the of the move. I was very nervous because several last minute complications with the seller and the Title Insurance CO. put the whole project at risk.
Darrell Hammond told me not to worry about the move our, that everything would go just as I wanted it to. It did: no small feat fir a job with numerous contents scheduled fir short-term storage, the main body labeled for next-day delivery, and the outside chance that the purchase of the new house might fall through at any minute..
Which brings me to your moving foreman, Jim Hansen. I was back and forth on the phone with him from 1:00 in the afternoon until 8:00 that night (the closing took a total of nine and one-half hours). I told Jim I didn’t know whether I was putting everything into storage or moving in the next morning. Through all of this stress, Jim kept reassuring me that "we’ll work things out no matter what happens with the purchase of your new home."
Fortunately, we were able to close. Jim had a crew on standby for the following morning, and the rest of the move went off without a hitch.
I want to commend everyone at Burrows for the professional manner in winch they helped me manag4e a very complicated situation.
Sincerely
Paul Caccia
