This note is long overdue, as it was in November when you moved our recording studio and office from 401 West Superior to 62 West Huron, but don’t let the tardiness of the note in any way diminish the sincerity of the sentiment.
You guys are awesome.
Your entire crew, and especially Darrell Hampton, was professional, personable, and most importantly, interested and able to solve problems creatively. An example: One of our most important pieces of equipment is an Otari 2" tape machine. It’s extremely delicate and weighs 400 pounds, and it had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs without tipping it or ticking it.
Your guys were great. They listened to us when we explained how it could and could not be moved, and they figured out a way to carry it up the stairs. It was really difficult, but they didn”t complain and got the job done.
Test assured that we will recommend you to anyone who asks, and we#8217;ll certainly make you our first and only call, should we ever need to move again.
