I am writing to commend you on the exceptional moving job that your team (Steve, Vinnie, and Justo) did for me this past Monday, April 1. The crew was punctual, efficient, organized, friendly, and courteous, making the whole experience very pleasant (and much shorter than anticipated by me). In addition, Jim Hansen was extremely helpful in setting things up via phone. It’s such a relief to come across a moving company that makes moving fun! When in Chicago, I will never use anyone but Burrows, I heard about your company from a colleague and I, too, will e sure to spread the word about your company and the fantastic crews that you have working for you. They really are outstanding professionals (very rare these days).
