To: sales@burrowsmoving.com Hello! I have been meaning to write you and tell you how fabulous you were when I moved. It's been 2 years already, and we still talk about you guys! I recommend you to whomever will listen. And now that I am a realtor, I will be recommending you to all of my clients. Every time I see one of your trucks go by, I smile. Let me tell you, I am one tough customer, and your company was the best part of the move. It was the first time I bought a home, moving from Schaumburg back to my hometown, Evanston, and I had low expectations (no offense - I've heard promises from people before, and most folks don't seem to care to follow up too much). I couldn't believe how fast it went! No problems, no questions. Unbelievable. I am used to having to "direct" things: I like to think I am in charge! Well, I was left in the dust. Happily, I might add, with the movers handling every aspect. I didn't even need to be there at all. I'm glad I was, though. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it! My husband and I have moved many times before this, and never felt we had accumulated enough stuff to call in a mover. Now we would call you for anything, and we'll be sure to do so in the future. (He said you saved our marriage! Moving can be so stressful!) I normally would not get excited about a moving service. It's just that you represent so much more: a strong work ethic, amazing professionalism, and personal service. All in an industry notorious for failure in these aspects. (And what industry doesn't have these same problems?) Keep up the good work. Perhaps you would like to go into the accounting industry? With the Enron and WorldCom fiascos, they could use some people with a sense of duty and purpose, such as Burrows. Thanks again! You guys were GREAT! Kristen and Ross Rowe |
