Dear Burrows:
On July 12 your company packed our rented moving truck at 1142 West Morse in Chicago. We wanted to take a moment to share how we felt about the quality of service we received. Your men were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and worked as quickly as possible so we could hit the road for our 12 hour drive to Kansas. We felt that they took good care of our belongings, and took the time to properly secure the load inside the truck. We were pleased to arrive with everything still in place, and when it was time to unload, nothing had shifted or was damaged. In addition, we had marked certain boxes to go to storage or to Scott’s office, and your men took extra time arranging the truck so those boxes would unload last and would be grouped together. Moving is never an easy task, but it is less stressful when you know your belongings make it to the new destination in a safe and secure manner. Please take the time to thank the crew for us: Dave S., Darryl S., Ronnie, and the crew chief Darrell Hampton.
