Dear Walter:
I wanted to take a moment to commend you and your crew on a fantastic job of moving us from Evanston to our new home in Grayslake. Our move was a complicated one for us to imagine, with a full apartment and full storage space at a different location. To make matters more interesting, your crew also had to deal with a massive waterbed and one of the worst thunderstorms in recent memory on the day of the move.
Darrel and his crew came through with flying colors; it was amazing to see how quickly, efficiently and carefully the team got us into our new home! When they were done there was not a single scratch, dent, or clang in any of our belongings nor on the house itself. The professional attitude and friendly demeanor of all seven guys in the crew will be long remembered by us. I would also like to extend my thanks to Jane and her packing crew for the great job they did preparing us.
Our experience with Burrows was wonderful from start to finish. We hope never to move again, but if we do you are the only moving company we will call! I will heartily recommend you to everyone I know who may be moving in the future.
