Thanks to your superb service, I have just experienced the first "painless" move of my life. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I hear of who is contemplating a move. And I keep thanking the friend who recommended you to me!
From the appointment with your estimator through the follow-up call from your office the Monday after my moves every aspect of your service has been top-notch. Mike the estimator, arrived at my home five minutes ahead of our appointment, was utterly professional and courteous and very personable and knowledgeable. His estimate was "dead-on" accurate in terms of the number of boxes and wardrobes I would use and the number of men/hours it would take. The folder of materials and testimonials he provided was also extremely helpful to me in preparing for the move.
The moving day crew, (Ron Or Steve, Keith, and Tom, the crew chief) arrived promptly, and was highly competent, courteous, pleasant, and efficient. They took great care with my grandmother's antique mirror, which may or may not have monetary value but means the world to me-and made a point to place it out of harm's way in the new house as well. They accommodated my needs to have certain pieces held out of the truck to give to a friend who had driven up from Cincinnati and even in the rain they maintained their good natures!
At the new house every box ended up exactly where I wanted it to be, without a lot of questions and/or waiting around. And, when it became apparent that there was no way within the laws of physics to get my queen-size sleeper sofa into its intended place in the lower-level family room, they cheerfully moved other furniture pieces around as I revamped room arrangements on the spot. My piano came through without a scratch too!
