Dear Walter Burrows & Jim Hansen;
Bill & I wanted to write and tell you that we were very impressed at the service received from your company. We also want to specifically say, "Thank You" to Walter, Jim, Rich and the moving crew that was responsible for moving us. We were very pleased with the level of professionally and the consistent quality of service from the initial quote to the actual move. Even when we called to see if your company could give an earlier date I was surprised at how accommodating Jim was.
The moving crew we had was very courteous, friendly, and a joy to deal with throughout the entire move. We very luckily have never had a bad experience with a moving company but after dealing with your company, we knew we were just that, "Lucky." After seeing how you and our company operate, I am amazed that we do not have horror stories to tell.
The crew was very careful when it came to our furniture. You have resided them with the right equipment and supplies. In addition from the time Rich introduced himself and the rest of the crew we expelled a sigh a relief and we knew everything would be okay.
