Now, that I'm settled in my new location' I want to write to thank your company for the wonderful job they did on my October 29 move.
Beginning with your personal visit to access my needs the efficiency of "my team" and ending with a thank you note. I was completely impressed. It just confirmed what I already knew--YOU ARE THE BESTI!
I'd forgotten how traumatic a move can be. Your crew answered all my questions and solved any issues that arose. Jane & Steve did a wonderful caring job wrapping and protecting all my things. Darryl, Dave & Steve were very efficient and made sure everything arrived in good condition. Also they were very accommodating in placing my furniture and boxes in their proper resting places', and quite gracious about the "few changes" I made.
At a time when many companies are downsizing and sacrificing customer service Burrows has chosen and lives up to a high standard of customer service. How can anyone move without Burrows?
