Dear Mr. Burrows
It was by total coincidence that I discovered Burrows Moving Company. My local move was coming up soon and I had contacted a few moving companies to get some quotes. Then I saw one of your trucks and called the number, and next thing you know… I met Mr. Michael Pantazis, the first face associated to Burrows. Mike convinced me I would be in the best hands possible (but do not all salespeople say that about their company), that his quote would be in close proximity of what I should expect to pay (no surprises after the fact), and promised me that Burrows would work me on the flexibility around the date issue. So… I was sold and planned the move for work with me on the flexibility around the date issue. So… I was sold and planned the move for the 13th of April. Change of plans made me call Mike that week to ask for a move date of the 6th of April…That was not an issue. I needed more packing boxes… I am told to call Jane Pace, your sister… not a problem… She tells me I selected the best moving company, and shows up with the boxes that very same day. My stress… gone!!!
The day of the move comes and what an experience. Four gentlemen show up on time: Dave, Dersu, Rich and Corey. These men were wonderful on making this experience stress free for me. When I raised a concern, I was told not to worry… They were all not only friendly and polite but they made this move fun for me… fun? A move? Well, yes… it is possible… Because they took care of my goods as if these were their own and that is showing respect you see! They worked hard!!! Very hard… but with a smile on their face. These people are experienced… it was obvious in the way they were working together. They were coordinated when lifting the furniture they communicated effectively with one another. To see your furniture being hoisted of a third floor balcony is not a small issue… but they did it… effectively! Four very different people but all great guys.
I will recommend your moving company to others and I would definitely use Burrows for future moves… not only for the quality service, the competitive prices, but also for the people you have working at your company.
